Who we are
This website, al-genius.com, is operated by Al-Genius ehf., Iceland ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, contact us at info@al-genius.com.
Contact and demo requests
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company name (optional), e-mail address and message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on any resulting business discussion.
The form is delivered to our inbox by EmailJS, an e-mail delivery service that processes the message on our behalf. The legal basis is your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any following business relationship, and delete them within two years of our last contact if no relationship follows.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, how far visitors scroll and where they click. Clarity also creates anonymised session recordings. Text typed into form fields is masked and not recorded.
These services are only loaded after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time:

Hosting and content delivery
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and some page resources are delivered through the jsDelivr content delivery network. These providers process your IP address and basic technical information as needed to deliver the website securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
Links to other websites
The website links to external sites such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict or object to our processing of your data
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
